- Life/work balance is excellent. - Pleasant people to work with in the Chicago office. - Company is slowly moving in the right direction.

Cons

- Not competitive salary. - No professional growth. - Nonexisting collaboration or teamwork between the SE teams (Chicago and offshore). - Micromanagement. - Management does not react at all to an engineering department's problems. - Bad interdepartmental collaboration causes confusion, re-implementing, and breaks good software.
