Pros

- amazing coworkers & team; inclusive, collaborative, thoughtful and passionate - transparency from leadership team - small team with opportunities to work outside of your day-to-day responsibilities for career growth - internal industry expertise & unique vision for the future of the supply chain technology market

Cons

- GAINS has been around for a long time, it can be tricky to balance legacy technology & customer needs with the strategic roadmap/new offerings - with multiple office locations & remote employees, experiences & culture can vary a bit from team to team

Pros

The people are pleasant to work with. They strongly believe in the product. You're free to step away from your computer to take care of personal things.

Cons

They'll work you very hard. They'll make promises and break them. They tout transparency as a core value but keep secrets and suppress your feedback. They'll underpay you, acknowledge it, and not do anything about it. The health insurance plan is with UHC. They've started laying off highly-effective US-based employees and moving their roles offshore. Moving up the career ladder is extremely rare. Management is saturated by middle-aged white men who don't value diversity. The Engineering department is underappreciated and rarely recognized. There's barely any culture at all. With a full embrace of remote work, there's no effort to keep people connected.
