      Pros

      Gallo lets you work on new projects often, using a variety of technology. The people are great and overall it is a very good company to work for.

      Cons

      Once you get up to the senior level in a more technical position, opportunities for upward movement often become somewhat limited.

Cost of Living increasing faster than salaries

      Pros

      Free two cases of wine every month. Very tight knit community of employees. Privately held company. Strong and effective management team. Union environment that works the way it is supposed to.

      Cons

      We did 50% of our business 4th quarter. "Merry Christmas" takes on a whole new meaning. Strongly managed company means you hade better produce A++ results 100% of the time .. is that really such a bad thing ?
