Cons

Some early assignments inside wholesaler network can be tedious. Complexity of sales and marketing organization at times creates atmosphere of "too many cooks in the kitchen."

I have loved working for Gallo! They genuinely care about each of their employees, and treat their employees very well. They provide great benefits and do a very good job of work-life balance. There are many opportunities to advance within Gallo, and they provide many different avenues for training and skill development. I have very much enjoyed my time working here.
