      Worst company to work for

      Pros

      Pay is better than some of the companies. Work timings are good.

      Cons

      They don't have clients. so they keep bugging their recruiters to get clients. They (management) entirely depend on two people (you know who) Employees are not allowed to take leaves. You will be fired for taking too many leaves even though you are a team lead. No freedom to employees at all, in any given category. Once you come out of GAR your brain will be a blank and have to work real hard to keep up with the remaining recruiting companies. Management is a miser.

      If you are a former employee. This looks like honest review. If pay is good, timings are good, why did you quit. About clients. If we do not have clients, how did we paid your salary. It is not printed money or money brought from home or investors. What ever we paid you, it is all earned. The company has to depend on who work here. There is nothing wrong. You could be one of them. You will be fired if you take too many leaves, what is wrong in there. If you are team lead, does that mean you can take more leaves. You need to be more responsible. It was your responsibility to get some clients. You could be BDM. So you do not want to get clients, you do not want to be BDM. You want us be nice. You mean we have to just pay salary ask nothing. I am happy that you left the company. Create a company and put all your crazy rules and show me profit. Then come back to me and tell me how to run company. Not now.
