Pros
Helped open doors to NASA or aerospace jobs. Good benefits (though the health insurance policy kept changing) and vacation pay.
Cons
Contract work. Their job is to place warm bodies into jobs and process payroll. No job security. Very little communication with corporate office, even for a contract agency.

Cons
Recent industry external factors creating uncertainty and challenging competitive environment. The core federal market customer base are increasingly creating new obstacles to growth.
