      Values employees as if they are part of the family. They have great benefits but they also provide for community involvement supporting many charities and local community.

      Pros

      I've experience a lot of career advancements in the several years I've worked at GCC. They offer an excellent benefit package that includes a 401 k match and health insurance. GCC is also very community driven and has an amazing Community Involvement Program that gives employees a platform for volunteering opportunities.

      Cons

      The job can be stressful and demanding at times. Some in management don't just do "one" job and can fill many different roles.
