Allows creativity, corporate will not micro manage if work is completed satisfactory.

Cons

Lack of communication from corporate to field accounts. Company rapidly growing accounts, support such as HR, Payroll, Training has not beefed up to adequately support the field.

Very flexible with schedule if you need a day off or have an appointment. Etc.

Cons

Supervisor does not care about employees. Anyone can leave when they want, call in as much as they want without any consequences, and you do the supervisors job for them (depending on situation and location). Supervisor is unreliable. Chooses favorites.
