-Unorganized -Problems fall downhill -Not the greatest pay considering union dues -Union won't back employees as employment termination falls on management of workplace GDI holds the contract to. -High turnovers

The pay was ok. The job wasn't physically demanding.

Cons

Stressful, higher ups yell at you infront of the client making you look like a fool. They don't know what happens at the lower level.
