Lots of room to build and grow as technology stack was aged. Company driven by M&A.

Cons

Senior IT leadership is extremely weak and does not function at the level of their titles. CIO was more about the "I" than respecting and leveraging a quality team.

They are flexible with my school schedule.

Cons

I have gone to multiple sites ran by the same area manager that did not have cleaning supplies or adequate cleaning supplies. Which is frustrating because without supplies it's impossible to properly clean and as a cleaner you get blamed for things that are out of your control.

Absolutely none unless you count getting freezies twice a summer when its over 115 degrees in the plant. Thats if management doesnt eat them first.
