Pros

You get the feeling of working for a mid sized business even though it’s a top 20 rated publicly traded company on the TSX, GDI is going places and dominating the industry in many ways, investing in its people and growing organically and through continued acquisitions. This is a company that leads by example and puts its people before everything else.

Cons

With any big corporation comes politics, at times it can be frustrating not being able to move the needle on certain projects and initiates. The good news is that restructuring and new positions have and will continue to address these needs across various lines of the business.
