I can not recommend! There are no pros.

Cons

Terrible salary. No benefits. An employee is only a number. There are always mistakes in the paycheck amount of money. It happened sometimes that they forgot the pay of one shift.!!! Could u imagine that!! And you should do follow-ups....

Tough Industry, great learning experience!

Allows creativity, corporate will not micro manage if work is completed satisfactory.

Cons

Lack of communication from corporate to field accounts. Company rapidly growing accounts, support such as HR, Payroll, Training has not beefed up to adequately support the field.
