Pros
They have such a hard time attracting skilled workers it is hard to get fired. People are caught sleeping, not starting work right away, taking exceptionally long breaks, poor performance. They keep their job. Not a fault of the worker. Workers have zero incentires.
Cons
Constant staff turnover as a result of low pay. Not one raise in 4 years. Mostly newcomers that end up having to work 2 or 3 jobs. Very little or poor training. Unequal standards. Those that do a good job are given more work. No benefits or sick pay.
