      Pros

      Can stay on call work when you want. No need to stay at contract you don't like they'll find you work regardless. Very flexible.

      Cons

      Management uneducated. Too stressed. Act like it's end of the world if something goes wrong. Employees don't care. People try doing minimum.

      Management doesnt communicate well with team leads, team leads dont communicate with staff,very frustrating.
