      Good benefits paid for by company.

      Cons

      Wages are not as good as they could be. The current union exec could be better.

      Their subcontractors. Clean environment, work colleagues on site are good.

      Cons

      Unrealistic tasks to complete in one shift. They hire lots of immigrants and people who look desperate for a job.. they push employees hard and even if unionized, doesn't serve much purpose. They decide when u work, schedule is not regular, some weeks I do 20 hours other times I do 0 hours.
