No need for experience to start. They hire anyone who is willing to work like slaves for them. Its good if u need a work asap

Cons

One word: slavery! And the working hours are not fix. So most of them are on call. Very low salary for the work u do. Quite normal as they act like an agrncy and take commission from your salary
