One of the giant carrying 80% engine shares globally and I am in a place where i am getting Core knowledge on complex tubing , complex Manifold and complex sheet metal bracket assy with activities like ontime supplier process and product audits, FAI qualifications to enable supply chain having max buyout from localized place where biz is looking in to bring cost out.

Cons

Separation from family, friends, Americana, etc. is not adequately incentivized. Dislocated from HQ and time zones.

excellent work environment with the mates, not so good with my manager... the benefits are the best I ever had, the opportunities to learn are very important and always with new requirements.

Cons

very demanding management, 9 hrs of work per day and A LOT of micromanagement, items very very measured so there is "no time to waste", there is a mess with the coordination with the teams in US and UK as you are like a supplier even y a COST CENTER.
