Cons
Business Mgmt is unethical and create adversarial relationships with the customers. Business Mgmt has a "Not Invented Here [NIH]" syndrome and "Do it my way or the highway" mentality. I have experienced Retaliation and Bullying from Business Mgmt and watch me & fellow employees be thrown under the bus for decisions we were forced to implement despite identifying & advising about the negatives to the customer. Very Bureaucratic. Bogged down by un-tailorable, non-value add processes. Decision making takes extraordinarily long time due to multiple, multiple stakeholders who have to be involved or be sabotaged by later.
