Pros

Great exposure to complex transactions, worldwide breadth, impressive human capital both in the business and in the functions. Consistent focus on the growth of employees through projects and leadership courses. With some flexibility from a geographic standpoint, one can have tremendous job opportunities. Despite a significant pressure in terms of availability outside working hours, there is a lot of flexibility when it comes to work from home from time to time.

Cons

P&L organisation tends to create silos. Too US-centric. From a benefit and compensation standpoint sometimes there is a tendency to look at small items to reduce costs rather than looking at the bigger picture.
