Pros
It is a good place to learn the processes and how to do work in an organized way. The people here are nice and very helping. Lot of employees work on flexible schedules and the employer is very accommodating of this - good work/life balance.
Cons
The only thing lacking is compensation and benefits. Even if you are a top performer, you will see your salary only equal to (or less than) the market average. Very difficult to survive in cities where cost of living is high... Also bonus is none and rewards are scarce.
