Relaxed work environment, Good Benefits, Almost everyone has an office, work is varied and interesting,

Cons

Undergoing a re-organization and peoples responsibilities and not always well defined. No type of training program, Pay is low and no such thing as a promotion or bonus, Very flat organization so there no room for advancement. Probably only 4 African American professionals in all of 2500+ worldwide employees.

As far as pros are concerned it depends from person to person. Good infrastructure, canteen facility and all. Weekend , paid leaves etc

As far as cons are concerned that too depends from person to person. No work life balance, no learning, monotonous jobs
