Ups and Downs

Pros

You manage your workload, company car, yearly profit share, paid training, mobile work.

Cons

Rated on productivity, phones are monitored very closely and you will get dinged for deviating on word tracks. Have to look for work if it’s slow, can become overwhelming when very busy, success/raises are completely based on some metrics which aren’t always able to be controlled.

Pros

Pay is ok. Benefits are good.

Cons

Some members of management create unrealistic goals, lots of pressure to work unpaid overtime, super stressful, especially when other people call out and you are stuck with dealing with multiple people's phones and multiple people's workloads
