Pros

Great benefits and pay and co workers

Cons

Management does not care about employees, you are just a number to them. You are told to do one thing by management and once someone else catches on to what you are doing, management turns their back and said they didn’t tell me to do it that way.

Pros

You make your own schedule and they provide a company vehicle

Cons

No work-home life separation. Management continues to add additional requirements for every claim but does not lower expectation of the number of claims needing to be handled daily. There is not enough time in the day and they never approve your overtime.
