Pros

Great pay and flexibility. Some benefits. Paid vacation and pto

Cons

Everything. Unrealistic expectations, especially if you are married/have kids. The work/life balance is great if you could actually get all your work during your business hours. You have to work unpaid o/t to meet goals or stay afloat and not be in feel of losing your job because you aren’t performing as well as a single person who doesn’t have a child to drop off or pick up from school.
