Pros

Great benefits. Very flexible schedules no matter what department. Tons of opportunity!

Cons

None. Everything is as expected. In my experience a lot of people complain about micromanagement or being "on the phones" but it is a call center. It is what you are signing up for.

Pros

GEICO offers a great total compensation package. Overtime is available if you want to it. They give paid vacation and floating holidays. Good health care coverage. Supervisors give great support and monitor your work load. If you work hard you will get promoted quickly.

Cons

The role of an adjuster can be challaging. The company is growing quickly and our area needs more adjusters, so the work load can get heavy.
