Pros

Decent benefits, steady pay, excellent place to get training and move on to a competitor.

Cons

Unreasonable workload, constantly changing metrics, some of the worst customers in the industry, easy to get fired, everyone in different departments kind of hate each other, everyone in leadership is jumping ship. All the long term management who really knew the job and cared about the company and employees either were forced out or left for their own sanity. High turnover + growth used to equal opportunity for moving up, but now they just add more work to the remaining managers and won't hire any more. Its become a deadened job for employees.
