Pros

paycheck ,holidays off, health insurance .

Cons

No open-door policy, no HR accountability. For the last 3 years they not only stopped asking for feedback from employees but also started having one way communication meetings. The few times a mid to low level management member spoke they were disciplined for commenting. The culture is to treat the customers like a business transaction just like their employees. No empathy and no moral compass here.
