Pros

I had four supervisors in four years and they were all good people. I felt their kindness and compassion, especially when I had a death in the family.

Cons

When I first started working at GEICO, there were 2-3 of us trainees working with one supervisor. (After the 9-week in-person boot camp training). Every day we worked until the body shop closed at 6. The supervisor told us to write in 4:30 on our time cards. That went on for 6-9 months until I got a company car and became a field adjuster

Pros

If you can make it here, you’ll make it anywhere

Cons

Company is playing games. Masking layoffs as terminations for lack of performance
