Pros

The training is one of a kind. Able to work from home during Covid Company car Good benefits Time off adds up quickly Profit sharing (though no longer a thing)

Cons

Direct management cares, but their hands are tied. In my decade, GEICO got too big too quickly. Expectations of daily tasks were unrealistic within our standard 7.75 work day. As the years went on and we got busier, overtime had to be pre-approved. Calls are now recorded and graded.
