      decent/competitive salary. some freedom/flexibility to create your own schedule and tasks

      Cons

      Way over-worked employees. Place is under staffed. The expected daily duties is too much for the amount of time in each work day. It leaves you feeling a sense of failure and inadequacy each and every day because the work and things you are expected to handle daily are insurmountable. Most employees in the field tend to skip lunch and breaks to try and get more done due to the never ending pressure.

      Pros

      Geico has set up a structure where 6 months into a position (usually 3 of those training and 3 doing the position), if you are at least meeting expectations, you can apply for another position. Being able to stay where you like for find out what you like and are best at, it never feels like you are just stuck.

      Cons

      You almost always will be talking to people for your first few months, customers are usually contacting you on a very bad day and it can be overwhelming.

      Making own schedule Car, computer, phone all given to you. No need to use personal items. They pay for gas.

      Cons

      Travel times between locations. Can cover large areas. Work load over the past 2 years has been unreasonable
