Pros

Perfect job for someone who’s tech savvy, knowledgeable about auto repairs, fast paced and well oriented. You do tend to deal with a lot of pressure from management but the expectations are pretty fair and reasonable. Great benefits and salary. Company car provided for field adjusters.

Cons

A majority of people who burn out performing this role lack a strong background in automotive technology or are unable to work well under pressure. Beware of the angry body shops!!

Pros

They have a great training program on the Eastern side of the US.

Cons

If you live on the western side of the US, your travel time to fly to and from their training center isn't compensated. And they won't tell you that upfront even if you ask. I have been employed with GEICO for almost a decade, and this is a horrible way to treat your employees.

Pros

I have a job and I get paid.

Cons

Poor management, lack of communication, and lack of recognition for good work.
