Pros

they are willing to take people on with little to no experience and you will learn the ins and outs of the claims process quickly. More freedom than any other company and allow you to really make decisions on your own.

Cons

Pay is sub par for the position, responsibilities are greater than same positions at other companies

Pros

Profit sharing at end of year is a plus

Cons

Insane workload and unreasonable expectations. You have to give total loss values based on a flawed system that undercuts the value of a customers vehicle. You are then rated on that same customer giving you a high rating in customer service after you give them the bad news. Its a no win situation.
