Pros

Pay, overtime, benefits, annual bonuses equal to a percentage of your total salary earned over the prior year.

Cons

Very little actual training. The onboarding is great, but stops right at how you’re going to operate in the area you live in. Then once you’re home, you just drive around hoping you don’t screw up and end up stuck on the phone with your boss/mentor because you still don’t really know what you’re doing and no one is physically with you to teach you.
