Pros

Great Benefits and Supportive management

Cons

Work load not conducive to a productive work environment Audit process is ineffective as auditors are typically too nitpicky and defeats the purpose of productive constructive criticism. Especially considering the work volume and then being out a raise due to reinspections because of minor mistakes. If the audit expectation is what it is, than the adjuster workload should allow the aduster time to properly work their claims; when an adjuster is constantly playing catch up and then gets slapped on the hand bec of a minor error on an estimate -- that is very demoralizing
