The money is good and the coworkers that know what they're doing are nice.

Cons

Constantly move the goals (posts) to avoid paying raises. You are a cog to make the shareholders money. You are not a person. Quality is not important. Quantity is what will keep you there. Micromanagement is rampant.

Metric numbers are changed months after the fact to support who the company wants to fire. Management acknowledges that reports changed, yet no explanation and oddly enough, the changes never benefit the associates metrics.
