They set unrealistic goals and expectations with very little training, and systems designed to hold you back.

Great pay- WFH at the time

Cons

After training they left you out to the wolves. If you had questions you would have to check a one note document before getting help. If it was a question on the doc they would refer to doc instead of just helping. Anytime you had to escalate a call they would never be available.
