Pros

The money is good and the coworkers that know what they're doing are nice.

Cons

Constantly move the goals (posts) to avoid paying raises. You are a cog to make the shareholders money. You are not a person. Quality is not important. Quantity is what will keep you there. Micromanagement is rampant.

Training was top notch when I worked there, as were the benefits.

Pay started out a little lower than competitors, BUT there was a clear path of advancement that led to higher pay/responsibility.
