Overworked, cheap and doesn’t care about the employees! They will sell you hope and dreams. It’s hard to promote. You will be micromanaged on everything.

Cons

The job can be stressful with volume of calls and call content. You’re dealing with people who’ve been in car accidents which can emotionally strain you.
