The pay was good Benefits 401k Profit sharing

Cons

Literally everything else You work on a team level and it seems as if no one even went to high school, you literally take the brunt of everyone else’s mess ups. The auto damage adjusters are the worst, they MAKE you create a claim if the person is not even at fault. This company is horrible. I would never insure anything here
