It can be very busy at times, and customers will yell at you on the phone, Just don't take it personally and you'll be fine.

Pros

GEICO strives to create a positive work environment for its employees and is continuously looking for ways to improve culture of the work place.

Cons

Unfortunately there are not enough employees to handle the the volume of work hence creating undo stress on claims examiners; requiring them to work late hours in order to resolve pending claims for customer that need GEICO's assistance.
