Pros

Let's face it, insurance isn't the first word that pops into your mind when you think of fun. But I really do have fun in my job. The people are the best and management cares about associates and their happiness on the job. There are always opportunities to grow and learn. I feel like the people I work with are my family and I consider myself lucky to work there.

Cons

Parking in the Dallas office can sometimes be short.
