There used to be many pros to working at Geico. Now the only one is work from home. But they're starting to move away from that again.

Cons

It's an environment of fear and failure. They over work you and create unrealistic expectations. Then penalize you when you fail to meet them. Geico is continually understaffed, which they exacerbate but firing 25% of the department every 6 months.
