      The pay is decent/ They offer cool things to do with the program/ trips..etc The CULTURE here is AMAZING! Best thing it has going for them!

      Horrible management/ Lack REAL management/ LACK of communication and respect. They will change your schedule at a drop of a dime without you even knowing ..This place tries to develop you into being managers and they need developing themselves-- This program is a joke- and only for people that NEVER had a job before- it may actually work for you because you do not know any better! They make it seem like you will move up with this program and do NOT tell you of the number of positions available and how the chances of MOVING up is SLIM-
