Pros
Working from home is the only benefit
Cons
-Have done nothing but make negative decisions for employees in the last year: removed profit sharing, removed 2nd merit review of year, changed to worse health insurance that costs more with less coverage, changed pay schedules so that even if you’re working in the 3rd most expensive city in the country, they have you paid the same amount as Kansas, Texas, and Indianapolis -Antiquated PTO days -It’s like working in a sweat shop where all they care about is productivity and not quality of work -No flexibility with clock in/out times -You are a cog in the machine, feedback is never taken, you are never given options or opinions about being moved around, supervisors are just a middle man also with no ability to improve employees lives -HR exists but may as well not, you never hear back from any ticket sent to them -Technology barely works
