Pros

Never a dull moment with the work. You can easily surpass your base pay with overtime and travel assignments. It’s rewarding helping people in need. A vital part of your community.

Cons

Management can be unsympathetic to the stress. Management consists of young employees who will agree to unrealistic demands from their people in order to make themselves look good.

Pros

Fair pay, some flexibility with your schedule, decent 401k deposit once annually and decent vacation time front the start.

Cons

Ever changing metrics, always a little more work than you can get through and too may different hats(tracking rental, working estimates, tracking total losses and liability decisions)
