Pros

Company Vehicle, Profit Sharing, and the ability to work with management to flex time if needed for doctors appointments.

Cons

The total responsibilities that are asked of the position are under compensated for. The company has an unwritten and un-talked about expectation to work through your lunch with out being compensated for it. This is because one of you metrics for a raise is based of work productivity to hours worked. No all your tasked that you are responsibly for a reflected in the the productivity metric.
