Pros

Good benefits and pay, company car for personal use etc

Cons

Constantly unbearable workload. You have to filter through what will keep you off of reports instead of a clear avenue of what actually needs to be done. Continually more work than you can handle, but if you don’t finish it you’ll hear about it.

Pros

Yearly Profit Sharing - Nice little savings that the company provides.

Cons

- Unrealistic goals or "Matrix" - High pressure - Geico expects a workload that is equivalent to a 10 - 12 hours shift to be done in 7 hours and 15 minutes (time calculated after two 15 breaks are taken out). Overtime is frown upon.
