Everyone is struggling together and there's some real commroderie even though we are pitted against each other with metrics. If you can succeed here you and can succeed anywhere

Cons

Very difficult system where your promotions and merit increases are judged against your productivity and survey scores yet the goals keep changing. It's easy to make mistakes because your always under the gun and micromanaged
