Pros

Profit Sharing. And the other people in your section.

Cons

Anyone can say anything and they don't listen to you. Management doesn't listen to their employees and they only care about the callers and not about you. Taking time off hurts, can't have a life outside of here because they don't want to hear it and if someone lies about you - they believe that person over you. Demoting and moving people out of jobs they are good at is common place.

Pros

Good place to start you career in claims, lots of training, fast promotions.

Cons

Favoritism, underpaid compared to industry standards. Do not offer a balance between personal and work life. Overworked, underpaid, unappreciated. Slowly starting to transition into micromanaging. You are expected to be perfect. Benefits DO NOT compare to benefits provided by other companies. No short term disability so if you plan in having kids, you'll need to save ALL your sick & vacation pay.
