Pros

Multiple opportunities yearly for raises Yearly bonuses based on company profit The best team I have worked on so far in my career Wonderful managerial team

Cons

Unrealistic work expectations Punished for working hard by given an unfair amount of additional work to offset slower individuals Was blatantly denied ability to use vacation time around holidays even though I was the first to ask when the time came around and the reason I was told I could not have the time off was because someone else on my team had a better core metric than me at the time Hard to get promoted because it’s not based on the quality of work you provide, but on arbitrary numbers that aren’t completely in your control. It takes about 18 months to 2 years to really get comfortable in the job

Pros

Training is top notch. They give you many tools to be successful.

Cons

Training is still not enough, there is a lot to learn once you are thrown out to the wolves. Lots of numbers to hit as well.
